Guardian Fall Protection (www.guardianfall.com) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire FramePro Products, LLC, (www.frameproproductsllc.com) a leading manufacturer of residential framing products, multi-function scaffolding, and netting solutions, based in Dixon, California.

This purchase, coupled with the recent acquisition of QualCraft Industries products (www.qualcraft.com), gives Guardian the largest selection of passive fall protection products in the industry. Passive solutions are an excellent alternative and complement to active personal fall arrest systems.
