With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management with global OEM's in the fields of aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products, Phil is more than ready to fulfill his role of President at Guardian Fall Protection. He has industry knowledge and experience to develop programs on a national and international scope, and his previous responsibilities have provided him a set of skills in working within global distribution supply systems with wholesalers, distributors, and third-party representation, making him the perfect person to lead Guardian into its next stage.
